Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps you can do to retrieve it.

Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation to be sure.

  • Contact your local postal carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.
  • Check with your neighbors, sometimes they collect it or it was mistakenly put in their mailbox.

If you still can't locate it, Please visit WWW.UPS.com  to file a claim using your tracking number and provide our team with your claim number.

We are not responsible for shipments after they leave our hands, And it is showing as delivered. It is then the responsibility of the carrier. We will do everything we can to help you locate your package.
