Refund/exchange polices

*Covid-19 policy: In these uncertain times, we have amended our return policy to be more lenient. We are now allowing full refunds for suits that are not to your satisfaction. ( All criteria unwashed, unworn etc is still in effect due to hygiene) We want to assure all our customers that we are taking measures to ensure our products are handled in sanitary conditions.

Hey SevenSeas Babes,

We want you to absolutely love every single item purchased from SevenSeas Swimwear. If for some reason your bikini isn’t fitting to your satisfaction we will gladly exchange your item for any product of equal value only if the following criteria is met:

Item must be unwashed and unworn with all tags, hygiene stickers attached. Items must be returned in original packaging (SevenSeas bag)
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date
All sale items are final sale. Any items purchased at a discount of 20% or higher is considered final sale therefore no returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

All of our bikinis are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact info@sevenseasswimwear.com for a return authorization. Once your item has been returned to us within 10 days of delivery date, it will be inspected, and if deemed to be faulty we will refund to your original payment method

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
